“First impressions: Right away it’s that pistachio. Not sweet like ice cream, but creamy, nutty, almost a little green. There’s this light grapefruit in the background that keeps it from feeling too heavy, and a soft warmth from cardamom peeking through.
As it settles, the hazelnut really comes forward, round, smooth, paired with this quiet boozy hint of rum.
The drydown reminds me of almond milk poured over something warm. Gentle, creamy, with that resinous depth from Peru balsam and tonka smoothing everything out.”
